Welcome to Elderly Savior Home Care. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Elderly Savior Home Care offers non-medical home care services including but not limited to:

• Companion care
• Personal care assistance
• Dementia and Alzheimer’s care
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation and errands

All services are subject to availability and assessment of client needs.

Client Eligibility

To receive services, clients must:

• Reside within our service area
• Undergo a care assessment by our staff
• Sign a Service Agreement outlining care details, schedules, and costs

Clients may schedule care based on availability. To cancel or reschedule:

• Notify us at least 24 hours in advance
• Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee

Emergency care is available upon request, subject to staffing.

Payment Terms

• All services are billed weekly or biweekly unless otherwise agreed
• Accepted forms of payment: credit card, ACH, checks, or approved insurance
• Late payments may incur a fee and interruption of service
• Clients are responsible for any co-pays or out-of-pocket costs not covered by insurance.

Confidentiality & Privacy

All client information is kept strictly confidential and handled in accordance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws. We do not sell or share personal data.

Clients agree not to hire caregivers directly outside of Elderly Savior Home Care for a period of 12 months after services end. Violations may result in legal action or penalty fees.

• Medical emergencies (unless a nurse or medical provider is present)
• Pre-existing health conditions
• Loss or damage to personal property unless caused by proven negligence
