Community Based Support Individual Support

Community Based / Individual Supports are delivered one-on-one with a participant and may include: assistance with community-based activities and assistance to, as well as training and supervision of, individuals as they learn and perform the various tasks that are included in basic self-care, social skills, and activities of daily living. 

Respite Care

Respite Care provided to those who are unable to care for themselves that are furnished on a short-term basis due to the absence or need for relief of those persons who normally provide care for them. Respite may be delivered in multiple periods of duration such as partial hour, hourly, daily without overnight, or daily with overnight. 

Post-Surgical Assistance

Recovering from home after surgery can limit you with your daily activities. Whether you are recovering from major surgery, childbirth, or plastic surgery, our compassionate caregivers can assist you to a healthy and complete recovery. 

Dementia / Alzheimer's Care

  Our program is designed to meet the dynamic needs of families and seniors dealing with Alzheimer’s, dementia and other memory-related diseases. We provide a friendly and calming environment for our patients. 

Physical Disability Support

People who have medical or physical disabilities are unable to do some things for themselves, including: Caring for themselves (dressing, bathing, eating) Performing manual tasks (cleaning, cooking) and Walking. We're here to help.
