DownloadFrequently Asked Questions: Quick answers to the most common questions about our services, pricing, scheduling, and care process so you can feel confident before you get started.
We regularly hire Certified Home Health Aides, Companions, and sometimes nurses depending on client needs. Open roles can change week to week, so the best step is to apply and our team will confirm current openings.
For companion roles, experience and a caring attitude matter most. For hands on personal care roles, you may need a New Jersey CHHA license. We also look for reliability, good communication, and a professional mindset.
If the job requires hands on personal care such as bathing, toileting, and transfers, a CHHA license is typically required. If the role is non medical companion support, a CHHA may not be required.
We serve multiple counties in New Jersey including Essex, Union, Passaic, Middlesex, Hudson, Morris, and Bergen. Assignments are based on your availability, skills, location, and the needs of the client.
Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekends, and sometimes live in cases. Availability depends on current client demand, but we aim to match you with a schedule you can truly commit to.
Yes. You tell us your availability and preferred travel radius. We offer cases that fit your schedule. Once you accept a case, we expect consistency and strong attendance.
Apply online, complete a phone screening, interview, and submit required documents. After that, we complete background and compliance checks. When cleared, we match you to a case.
Common requirements include a government ID, Social Security card or work authorization, certifications (CHHA or CNA if applicable), background check, physical exam, and TB test. Additional documents may be required depending on the case.
We provide clear care plans, supportive supervision, and a responsive office team. You will have guidance on documentation, client expectations, and who to contact when issues come up.
Pay depends on the role, experience, and the specific case. We explain the pay rate before you accept a case. Payroll schedule and payment method will be reviewed during onboarding.
We would love to hear from you. Please reach out with any questions, concerns, or inquiries about our in-home care services.
